Lineside recordings of steam on the main line from 1978 to 2012.
These recordings were originally available on audio CD and have been converted to high quality, 256kbps mp3 format files. Supplied on 3 CD ROMs there are over 215 individual tracks which have a playing time of over 13 hours.
You can transfer them straight to your mp3 player or play them direct from the disks using your web browser and the included html pages which include comprehensive, illustrated notes about each track. The notes are also included as printable Adobe Reader files.
In addition there are also another 130+ tracks of main line lineside recordings in CD quality 128kbps format that didn't make it onto the original CDs (read the notes). These extra recordings also include notes in HTML and text formats.
